What you choose to share

Contact forms collect your name, email, company and project context. Service-cart enquiries also collect your business stage, selected services, scope options and goals. Careers introductions collect your experience, work links and contact details, with an optional PDF CV. Vendor and associate forms collect capabilities, work examples, location, availability and collaboration details. Network hiring briefs can include an optional PDF specification.

When information is saved

Draft details stay in the current page until you submit. A successful submission stores your details on the server and displays a reference number. Closing the page after that does not remove the submitted record. If submission fails, the page will show an error and let you retry; it will not claim that TRIKON received your information.

How TRIKON uses it

TRIKON uses submitted information to review and respond to your request, evaluate an introduction, prepare a quotation or discuss possible collaboration. Sending a form does not create a booking, payment, employment offer or approved network listing. Enquiry consent is not treated as newsletter or marketing consent.

Protected records and files

Submissions are stored using the connected Upstash database. Optional PDF attachments are kept in private Vercel Blob storage. Authorised administrator access is required to view records and download attachments. Uploaded files are not published in the Gallery or directories. The first release has a single owner administrator account that can access all intake channels.

Browser storage and administrator cookies

The service cart remembers categorical selections and service scope in this browser; it does not store contact details or private notes there. The vendor/associate shortlist remembers capability IDs. Administrator sign-in uses a secure session cookie. You can clear saved cart or shortlist selections through the relevant controls or your browser settings.

Notifications and follow-up

At this launch, submissions are collected in the dashboard and email alerts are disconnected. TRIKON can contact you using the details you provide. Direct email, telephone and external links use their respective services.

Review, correction and removal

TRIKON manages access and retention according to the purpose of each request and any necessary business records. To request access, correction or removal, contact hello@trikonecosystem.com and include your submission reference if available. Identity and the request will be reviewed before action. Archiving a record changes its workflow state; it does not erase it.
